Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
All items are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for printing and dispatch. Once dispatched, Royal Mail First Class delivery typically arrives within 1–2 working days. You'll receive dispatch confirmation by email.
Is delivery free?
Yes — we offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK. There are no hidden charges.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Some orders are sent tracked, particularly higher-value items. If you need tracked delivery, please contact us before ordering and we can arrange this.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we focus on UK delivery. If you're based outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch via the contact form and we'll see what we can arrange.

3D Printing & Products
What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA and PETG filaments from quality suppliers. PLA is used for most products due to its excellent finish quality and eco-friendliness. PETG is used for items requiring extra strength or durability.
Are the products strong and durable?
Yes. All products are printed at optimal settings for strength — not rushed for speed. We test each design before listing. That said, 3D printed products should be treated with reasonable care and aren't intended as industrial-grade components.
Can the products get wet?
PLA products should be kept away from prolonged moisture and high temperatures (above 60°C). Our PETG products are more moisture-resistant. Items like our Scrub Daddy holder are designed for light water contact but aren't suitable for submersion.
Will the colour exactly match the listing photo?
We do our best to accurately represent colours in our photos. Slight variations can occur between different filament batches, and colours may appear slightly different on different screens. If you have a specific colour preference, feel free to message us.

Custom Orders
Can I request a custom product or colour?
Absolutely! We love custom requests. If you have an idea for a product, need a different colour, or want a personalised item (like our name signs in a specific colour), use the contact form and we'll discuss what's possible.
Can you print a design I provide?
We can potentially print customer-provided designs. Please contact us with details and an STL or similar file. Note that we reserve the right to decline printing designs that infringe copyright or are inappropriate.
How do I order a personalised name sign?
For our personalised name signs, simply place an order and include the name you'd like in the order notes, or contact us before ordering. We'll confirm before printing.

Returns & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged?
We package everything carefully, but if your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll sort it out quickly — either a replacement or refund.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
My item doesn't fit as expected — what do I do?
Please contact us with details. Many of our products have specific compatibility requirements listed in the description. If there's a genuine fit issue with our product, we'll make it right.
