HSK 3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based business that designs and manufactures 3D printed products. We operate at hsk3d.co.uk. Contact: jack@hsk3d.co.uk.

By placing an order or using our website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

All products are made to order using 3D printing technology. We use PLA and PETG filaments. As products are made individually, slight variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur between orders. We aim to represent products accurately in photographs but cannot guarantee exact colour matches due to screen calibration and filament batch variation.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch it.

You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm this is the case.

Custom and personalised orders (e.g. name signs) are made to your exact specification. We will confirm details with you before printing. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Free standard UK delivery is included on all orders. We do not currently charge for delivery.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We never store your card details.

Discount codes are applied at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. For international enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

As all items are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for printing and dispatch. Once dispatched, Royal Mail First Class delivery typically arrives within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it within a further 14 days, unless the item is personalised or custom-made to your specification (in which case the right of cancellation does not apply unless the item is faulty).

We additionally offer a 30-day returns policy for change of mind. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All designs, content, images, and branding on this website are owned by HSK 3D or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our designs commercially without written permission.

If you submit a customer design for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print designs that infringe copyright or are inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

3D printed products are not intended as industrial-grade or safety-critical components. Use them appropriately and within their stated specifications. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by UK law.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
