This is the page for that gap. You bring the idea, sketched on the back of something if that is all you have, and we take it through design, a working prototype, a test batch and — when it is ready — a production run, without a five-figure tooling bill standing between you and your first sale.

You do not have to know which stage you are at — describe where you are and we will tell you. Most projects walk this path in order, and each stage is a service in its own right.

Print first, mould later

Why not just go straight to injection moulding?

Sometimes you should — at high volume a mould wins on cost per part. But committing to one before your product has sold a single unit is where a lot of money and a lot of momentum gets lost. Printing takes that gamble out of the early stages.

No tooling bill to clear first

Injection moulding asks for a large payment before a single good part exists. Printing asks for nothing up front — you pay for the parts you order, so the first units cost hundreds, not thousands, and the project can start this month.

You can still change your mind

A mould is cut once and expensive to alter. A printed design is a file — revision three becomes revision four for the price of a reprint, which is why so many products get their last real-world change while they are still being printed.

Prove it sells before you commit

Put real units in front of real buyers before you gamble on volume. When the design is settled and the demand is proven, moulding becomes a calculated step rather than a leap — and the crossover point depends on your part, so we will be straight about where yours sits.

No CAD? No problem

You bring the idea, we draw it

You do not need a 3D file, or any file at all. A sketch, a photo, or a description with a few measurements is a perfectly good brief — we model it, show you what we have drawn, and only print once you are happy. You come away owning the file as well as the part.

We use your files for your job and nothing else — we never share them, resell them, or add your design to our own catalogue. Want it in writing, or an NDA signed before you send anything over? Just ask, and we will.

I have an idea but no drawings or 3D file. Can you still help?

Yes — that is how most of these projects begin. Send a sketch, a photo, or a description with a few key measurements and we will model it for you, show you what we have drawn, and print it once you are happy. You come away owning the file as well as the part.

Will you keep my idea confidential?

We use your files only for your job — we do not share them, resell them, or add your design to our own catalogue. If you would like that in writing, or want us to sign an NDA before you send anything over, just ask and we will.

Why print before committing to injection moulding?

Printing costs more per part and nothing up front; moulding costs less per part after a large up-front tooling bill. At low volumes printing usually wins outright, and while you are printing you can still change the design — there is no tool to scrap. Prove the product sells first, then commit to the mould with the risk taken out.

Can you take me all the way from prototype to a production run?

Yes, and we quote prototypes knowing a run may follow. Approve the sample, then we scale it — same file, same workshop, nothing redone. On bigger runs we print and check a first article before committing the rest, so a problem is caught on part one rather than part four hundred.

Do I own the design files at the end?

Yes. When we design a part from your brief, the resulting file is yours — including if you later take the design to injection moulding elsewhere. You are not locked in to us to have your own product made.

Do I have to be a limited company to work with you?

No. A single inventor with one idea is a perfectly normal enquiry, and so is an established brand ordering a repeat run. The service is built around business printing because that is where the volume is, but the door is the same either way.
