Is there a minimum order for trade pricing?
No minimum order. Trade pricing starts at 3 units — 10% off 3 or more, 15% off 10 or more, counted across the whole order rather than per product. The discount is applied to the quote we send you.
How do I get the trade discount?
Send us your quantities through the quote form on this page. We reply with a quote that already has your tier applied, along with the delivery cost and lead time for that order. The discount is applied by us on the quote, not entered as a code at checkout.
How long does a trade order take?
It depends on the size of the order, so we confirm the lead time on your quote rather than publishing a figure we might not hit on a large run. Everything is 3D printed to order in the UK.
Do you ship to shops outside the UK?
Yes — we have shipped trade orders to shops in the UK and France. Delivery for a trade order is quoted per order rather than charged at our standard retail rate, because the cost depends on the size and destination of the shipment.
Will these stands fit PSA, BGS and CGC slabs?
It depends on the stand, so check before you order a quantity. The 3x3 / 3x2 slab wall and the single modern slab stand take PSA, BGS and CGC slabs. The 4x4 / 4x3 / 4x2 wall is designed for PSA slabs only — that applies to all three of its layouts, not just the 4x4. Each stand on this page states what it fits, and so does its product page.
Can I get them in a specific colour, or a size you do not list?
Often, yes. Because every stand is printed to order we can usually match a colour across an order, and we can look at layouts we do not list as standard. Describe what you need in your quote request and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I order a sample before committing to a larger order?
Yes. Any stand can be bought as a single unit from the shop at list price, so you can check the fit and finish with your own slabs before placing a trade order.
