1. Processing time — made to order

Every HSK 3D product is 3D printed to order — we don’t hold pre-made stock. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for printing, quality checking, and dispatch.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. UK delivery — free on every order

There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. International delivery — we ship worldwide

Wherever you are, we’ll get your order to you. International shipping is priced per item, and includes all import charges and duties — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

4. Tracked delivery

Higher-value orders are sent with tracked delivery as standard. If you’d like tracked delivery on any other order, please contact us before ordering and we can arrange this for you.

5. Delays and estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, get in touch and we’ll investigate straight away.

6. Damaged or missing deliveries

We package everything carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
